FitPath was born out of frustration. After months of being ghosted by gym owners and recruiters while job hunting, Kyle experienced first hand how broken the hiring process had become, especially for passionate, qualified General Managers. That experience lit a fire. He decided to become the kind of recruiter he wished he had encountered: responsive, respectful, and genuinely invested in people. That’s why FitPath is built on clear communication, mutual respect, and a commitment to both the owner and the candidate. Kyle knows what it’s like to be on the other side and he never forgets it.
